Mir's seventh transformation.

This is the seventh mastery for Evan, which can be reached at level 80. Your skills will be amplified beyond its limit. You will have a stunning flame breath and a seal which when cast, will do damage over time. You wlll have a chance to bring an extra hit with each attack you bring, as well as adding extra resistance from harm.
