Soaring skill

At level 100, talk to Chief Tatamo and he has a quest about the Dragon Rider. Go to the Crimson Sky Dock and talk to Matada there, he will need to to get the following materials listed to get the Soaring Skill: 40 Rash furballs, 40 beetle horn thingies, 1 Sunset Dew, and 10 Dragon Essence(can only be obtained by accepting the Towards the Sky I quest)
