Level 35 Quest.
Mr Shim's eyes are failing, and he desperately needs glasses. But the price for a pair is 300 bags of State-held Rice, which he simply can't afford.

Description
- Start the quest by talking to Mr. Shim, who can be found in Korean Folk Town.
- Hunt for 300 State-held Rice, dropped by Retz.
- Go back to Mr. Shim for your reward.

Notes
- It's advised that you avoid this quest until you're in the level mid-50s unless you have a very high amount of patience. While Retz aren't necessarily hard to kill for level 40 players, they deal a high level of damage compared to the monsters in Eos Tower. What's more, the drop rate of the State-held Rice is only half that of the Sunflower Seeds, and the rice only stacks up to 100.
- I would estimate you get 50 state-held rice every 200 Sunflower seeds. Also they best way to do it is if it is in your targeted training level, for example, for I/L mages, at lv 40-50 it's a great quest since you should/could be training there and you can brag you did it.
- (By Lost Requiem) For the sake of completing the quest, I stayed in Ludibrium and did nothing but kill Retz to collect 300 state rice. Using a rough estimate, I concluded that I had to kill around 1200-1400 Retz to get all the 300 state rice. Given the dismal rewards for the quest, I'd advise that unless you have a tower of patience, to put this one off unless you're that compulsive about finishing all the quests like I am.
- After the Big Bang, the amount of State-held Rice sacks dropped in numbers of 5-10.
