Maple Island is one of the major continents in MapleStory and has three towns. Maple Island serves as the starting point for the Explorers and once a player leaves the island, they are not able to return.

The monsters on Maple Island are well-suited for Beginners. They include Snail, Blue Snail, Shroom, Red Snail, Stump, Orange Mushroom, Slime, and Pig.
