Mr. Sandman in Amoria can exchange Wish Tickets dropped by all monsters for special equipment that is only limited to the Lunar New Year. Like the LeFay Jester and the Lockewood Hat.
Mr. Moneybags in Henesys is looking for red envelopes. If you find him one, he will give you a certain amount of mesos ranging from 100 mesos - 10 million mesos. Monsters on very rare ocassion drop these.

Mr. Moneybags is the NPC hosting the Chinese New Year event. After the event is patched, players will see a lightbulb above their head double-clicking on it will give you two quests given to you by Mr. Moneybags. Apparently he needs help making a necklace and defeating the ghosts haunting Henesys.
