Attack Speed

Attack speed determines how fast you attack with your weapon. It cannot be changed by AP stats. The only ways to change attack speed is by booster skills, given in the 2nd job for all except magician classes. Magicians recieve a spell booster in the 3rd job that actually increases the attack speed by 2. The attack speeds from slowest to fastest Slow, Normal, Fast, Faster. All maple weapons have an attack speed of at least fast. Generally, spears and pole arms are the slowest attackers, with strength daggers being the fastest. Some skills like the Bow Master's Hurricane are not affected by the weapon's speed.
