Description
This is a camp set up in the past version of Victoria Island. It can be reached by using the Time portal in Ludibrium's Time Control Room at the top of Heilios tower. The name of the area and certain landmarks seem to indicate it is set up in the area of Ellinia. At this period in time, Victoria Island is almost totally unpopulated. There are some Fairies (with nothing to say, even if you click them), however no other friendly species live here. Altair Camp is the headquarters of a group who have immigrated to Victoria from Ossyria, seeking refuge from the tyrannical rule of the Black Magician. Most of the monsters look like enormous, prehistoric versions of modern Victoria Island monsters.
There is a party quest for characters from level 45 to 55 here. The goal of this Party Quest is to put a stop to the poisoning of the forest, a dastardly deed apparently caused by the Black Magician himself. Upon entering the Party Quest, all party members are transformed into heroes. After completing the party quest 20 times you can get an earring that gives +1 to all stats. After completing it 40 times you get an earring that gives +2 to all stats.
