Cheifyoyo's guide through a dagger thief
Hello I am cheifyoyo (lvl 96 chief bandit in windia)
Well, lets start off with the vocabs of common words I use.

OK, lets get started.
Pros and Cons of being a thief
Pros
Probably the strongest if u have the fundings
Have dark sight which makes u practically invinsible VS non magic atking monsters.
Have cool looking moves (my opinion)
Have haste which makes training easier and faster + be wanted in parties.
Have decent Hp and Mp
Cons
Use a ton of money
Not that much hp making it harder for fighting bosses
luk equips cost a lot
sort of boring around certain lvls
Dice rolling
Str=4/5 (If u are using str daggers, any)
Dex=any
Int=4/5
Luk=any
Try to roll Str4 Dex(higher than luk if possible) Int4 Luk(lower than Dex if possible)
For the basic equips, I recommend the sword.(fast atking speed)and the armours, anything
Lvl 1 ~ Lvl 3
The tutorial quests and Sammy's quest
Lvl 4 ~ Lvl 8
Hunt snails until you have 10 snail shells then do all of mai's training quests. Then new life which gets u a decent helmet
Lvl 8 ~ Lvl 9
Just do Bari's test and you should be Lvl 9 if not, train on slimes
Lvl 9 ~ Lvl 10
Leave Maple Island and head to Victoria Island do quests, lesson on job advancement and then choose the path of thieves
Skills + Ap 1~10
Lvl 1 ~ Lvl 4 Add all ap into dex and sp into nimble feet
Lvl 4 ~ Lvl 7 Add ap until your Dex is 25 and add the rest to luk put all sp into recovery (can also be 2 snailshell and 1 recovery its your choice)
1st job advancement Go to Kerning City (either by walking or paying Phil 100 mesos(I think) and warp to Kerning City.
Go inside the Fusion Jazz Bar and go down, talk to Dark Lord and be a thief!!!! (Must have 25 DEX)
Congradulations you are now a thief! You will get 1 bonus sp from Dark Lord and a set of thief skills. Here are the Skills

Disorder: Temporarily decreases the stats of an opponent. Its weapon def. and attack will suffer; the attacking enemy will suddenly stop attacking. You can't perform the attack on an enemy that's already in "disorder", however.

Dark Sight: Use MP to hide behind the shadows. While hiding, the enemy can't attack, but you can't attack back either. Magic attacks will still affect you. All movements other than attacking are available. It's temporary, so after a while, you'll be back to normal.

Double Stab: Use MP to quickly attack the enemy twice with a dagger.

You will gain 3 sp per lvl up and 5 ap per lvl up.

Lvl 14 - add 2 to double stab(6) and 1 to nimble body(3)
Lvl 15 - add 3 to double stab(9)
Lvl 16 - add 3 to double stab(12)
Lvl 17 - add 3 to double stab(15)
Lvl 18 - add 3 to double stab(18)
Lvl 19 - add 2 to double stab(MAX) and 1 to nimble body(4)
