Description

Magicians are magical people, of course. Unlike their physical friends, they prefer to use magic instead to attack and defend themselves. However, they are not physically weak. Magicians are one of the most supportive and highly recommended classes to take in MapleStory.

Becoming a Magician

Requirement: Level 8, with 20 INT
Go to the Magic Library which is located at the highest point of Ellinia, where you'll meet up with Grendel the Really Old. Talk to him and he'll advance you as a Magician if you've the requirement stats.

	Magic Guard	Damage dealt to you affects your MP instead of your HP. If your MP reaches 0, your HP takes the full amount of damage.	Supportive	10	x	-
	Magic Armor	Condenses magic around your armor to increase Weapon Defense by a percentage of your Magic Defense.	Supportive	10	x	Magic Guard Level 3
	Energy Bolt	Consumes MP to fire a condensed energy bolt that explodes on contact with an enemy.	Active	20	x	-
	Teleport	Allows you to teleport a set distance to other locations on the same map using the arrow keys.	Supportive	5	x	-
