This is the Ariant Market where you'll find the usual shops and characters found in other towns. There is also a Free Market portal located between the The Town of Ariant and Ariant Castle portals.
The Outside the West Entrance of Ariant portal leads through a sequence of maps that loop around in a circle and return you back here through the Outside East Entrance of Ariant.
Ariant is a desert map that is available in various versions. It is famous for its Ariant Party Quest which you can go in via Cezare. The Party Quest gives quite a decent amount of exp from Levels 20-23.
