Note

-I play, and I write, so i know what I'm writing

-This guide was written AFTER stat rolling was removed in MSG (maple Story Global) and i will only use the global server's well (insert word that means 'This things workings')

I'm having (MAJOR) technical difficulties on the skills, so if you can help me on them please do so, but let me know first

Dawn warrior pro's\con's

There is no "Relaxer". Therefore you have to buy one, earn one from Ariant Colosseum, or you can occaisionally get one from Gachapon if you want, but that would cost you alot of Nexon cash.

Armor & weapons

Keep your starting clothes, maybe you will need them someday, maybe you won't, but, keep your starting clothes. It's better than buying meso for extra Weapon Defense, but if you really want to use your money on extra clothes if you really funded, then go ahead. If you poor, use your starting clothes until you think it's time to change your clothes.

Stat Build

Dexless : Leave your Dex at 4.

  • This is for the well funded.
  • Pour your stats into strength, don't worry about Dex.
  • Only do this if you know what you're doing.

Low Dex/Regular Warrior : Cap Dex at 60/80.

  • This is for the semi funded.
  • What you have to do is have Dex twice your level until 30/40.
  • You do not have to cap your dex at 60, that's just the maximum amount for a low Dex warrior!
  • If you don't have enough money to fund this, go ahead and use the 80 Option.

The Low Funded/Higher Dex Warriors : Cap your Dex at 80.

  • You do NOT have to have 80, this all just depends on your equipment.
  • 1 - 30, make Dex twice your level ; 30-50, do it as a 1 Dex + 5 Str build. By 50 you will have 80 Dex!
  • If you wish, you can go with a 2 D + 4 S build.

Just put your AP anywhere, but 3 snails it only good for mages seeing that it is a magic attack and can only hit things in maple Island seeing that they have no evasion, but in maple global it does not need shells anymore, your choice. I recommend recovery and nimble feet(i think that nimble feet is the most useful) but only put AP into 2 skills

Thoughts on the skills

-Improving Max HP Increase(HPinc): Apparently some noobs never put ANY AP in this skill, um so for u noobs who did this that drops your HP by about half by LV 4X, or you get the idea, so just max the darn thing its so much better than not, ya you lose out on other skills, this is so much better than any of them so just max it; Summary=MAX ASAP!

-Iron Body: Some say its a waste Others build builds for it that are biased off it, i say it can save you an HP pot if used correctly, but I don't care what you do

-Power Strike(PS): Ok so PS is a good move, and your main one until the third job, and can be used up until the third job, maybe into the fourth, this is one to max out, definitely

-Slash Blast: In 2nd job you get the skill "Soul Blade" wich is Way better then SB only difference is better damage but hit 1 monster less.

-Summon Sprite: If we look down and look at other job skills this is needed for "Soul Runner", "Soul Driver" and "Soul Charge". So this skill is a must to max.

Training Spots

  • 1-10: Ereve, do the quests and only the quest, you will be at what level you need to be to become a DW and only that, then you keep doing the quests until Neinheart tells you to leave.
  • 11-35: What quests Neinheart gives you. They help you level very fast if your diligent (and you can occasionally get lost its so fast!)
  • 35-40: Chronos at Ludibrium are great mesos, also you can get a Lv. 35 shield (ether them or brown teddies, cant remember) and still the quests if Neinheart is (STILL) giving you them.
  • 41-50: CPQ is where you want to go. Dawn warriors will dominate at this level because of soul runner and because of soul blade.
