' WiseC's Guide To The Fun Magician---STR Cleric '

EXPLANATION

This guide is mainly for people who have a high level character and are bored, or for people who are just looking for some fun. This guide has the same basic AP builds as a warrior, but, instead you choose to become a mage. The name of the guide pretty much explains what I mean. Anyway, I'll start like this.

1. About a STR Cleric

A STR Cleric is basically a self efficient Warrior.

1.1. Why a STR Cleric?

To my belief, a STR Cleric is THE most fun class. They can heal themselves, use many defensive skills and they can solo better then a regular Cleric.

1.2. Pros and Cons

Pros

High MP - You have maxed out MP increase. No Need For HP Pots - You have the Cleric skill Heal and with your bulk MP, Magic Guard serves very well. Many Defensive Skills - Heal, MG, MA, Invincible, Bless... the list goes on. Alot Of Gratitude At Higher Levels - You have cool weapons, hit high, and can still protect yourself.

Cons -

Hard To Level From 20-40 - With not the best skills or Equips. Fairly Bad Armour Equips For A Long Time - Can only use common equips. Virtually No HP As A Melee attacker - MG defeats this Get Called A Noob - You look like a perma beginner for your whole MS life. people call ur idea of wat u r is stupid

1.3. Inspiration

DO NOT QUIT, even if your journey is extremely hard, you will succeed XD there are some lvl 130 str BISHOPS, the 4th job advancement

2. Creating Your Character

NOTE: This guide contains a dice roll section for AP points. We would like to inform you that dice roll function is not used anymore in GMS and MapleSEA. If you are a beginner, there is no need as all points are assigned to STR. When you get your job advancement, click A and then click on auto-assign points. Please avoid that section and everytime you level up, press 'a' and press auto-assign. You may continue that system or if you are looking to use a special point build eg. dexless assassin, then you may do so.

When you roll make sure your LUK is 4, everything else dosen't matter.

2.1 AP distribution

First get INT to 20 Next get DEX your level x2 Then Put Rest into STR

  • Example

Level - 17 INT - 20 DEX - 34 LUK - 4 STR - Rest of points

2.2 Naming Your Character

I'd go with something that tells people that your are a STR Cleric. My most recent STR Cleric's name is MachoClerico.

3. Starting Your Cleric

3.1 SP Distribution

Level

  • 8 - 1 mp recovery
  • 9 - 3 mp recovery
  • 10 - 1 mp recovery, 2 max mp increase
  • 11 - 3 max mp increase
  • 12 - 3 max mp increase
  • 13 - 2 max mp increase, 1 magic guard
  • 14 - 2 magic guard, 1 magic armour
  • 15 - 3 magic armour
  • 16 - 3 magic armour
  • 17 - 3 magic armour
  • 18 - 3 magic armour
  • 19 - 3 magic armour
  • 20 - 3 magic armour
  • 21 - 1 magic armour, 2 magic guard
  • 22 - 3 magic guard
  • 23 - 3 magic guard
  • 24 - 3 magic guard
  • 25 - 3 magic guard
  • 26 - 3 magic guard
  • 27 - 3 mp recovery
  • 28 - 3 mp recovery
  • 29 - 3 mp recovery
  • 30 - 2 mp recovery, 1 energy bolt

This leaves you with 10 - max mp increase (maxed) 16 - mp recovery (maxed) 20 - magic guard (maxed 20 - magic armour (maxed) 1 - energy bolt (nothing else to do with last point)

This guide is still being worked on
