Mastery
- Melee classes: Base Mastery : 20%. Additional mastery from the second job level mastery skill grants 50% additional mastery, so with that skill maxed your minimum damage will be 70%. Dark Knights gain an additional 10% Mastery skill in 4th job for a total of 80% Mastery.
- Ranged classes: Base Mastery : 15%. Additional mastery from the second job level mastery skill grants 50% additional mastery, so with that skill maxed your minimum damage will be 65% of your max. Archers also get +10% Mastery in 4th job granting them a total of 75%.
- Magic classes: Mastery is from an individual skill itself.
