1. In Korean Folk Town, talk to Chumji who is located at the left of the map.
2. Hunt for 10 Tiger Skins from Hoguls.
3. Kill 10 Hoguls

1. Talk to Chumji again

Notes

• Killing them at Black Mountain (Valley) is easiest since they spawn in large numbers.
