The Ultimate Information Handbook... For a Mage

This isn't what you call a guide because guides will tell you what to do. Here I will be explaining what the Mage Class is and will list the Advantages and Dis-Advantages of the Mage. This is all original meaning I wrote it myself. How do you make a guide?

What Is A Mage?

Well Mage stands for Magician and so yeh A Mage is a Magician... ALSO A Mage is the first Job you can get in Maple Story. ALL the EXPLORER jobs can only be attained at Level 10 except for the Mage at Level 8. The Mage has a decent list of Advantages and Dis-Advantages. Some people Shun the Mage while some people die begging for a Mage to join there party.

Advantages:

Really Powerful

Good At Long Range

Has some Defensive Spells To Protect

Skills Do Massive Ammounts Of Dammage If Stats Applied Correctly

Customizable[Eg.Lukless]

Good Buffs

Teleporting Skill At Level 30 [Only a Few Steps In Any Direction]

Known to be one of the most Strongest Class In Damage

Starts Off At An Early Level So More AP & Skill Points

Faster Levelling

Can Attack Through Objects With Magic Claw

Possible to Attack Close Range

Dis-Advantages

Drains Your Money FOR Mana Potions untill you get MP Eater [Untill Level 40 ish]

You Recieve Lots Of Damage Close Range [If You Have Magic Guard Its An Advantage]

Really Low Ammount Of HP Left In Battle Without Magic Guard

Expensive Equips

Bad Weapon Damage [U Duh]

Hard To Kill A Boss By Yourself In Earlier Job Advancements

I myself am a Mage Guy... Anygame I play I usually go with Mage. I am NOT saying Mages are better. All Jobs Have There Ups And Downs and They ARE ALL GOOD. I have encountered problems with Mage but same with every other job I played. This is just some info for you to help understand mages.
