The Complete Morons Guide to Becoming a Bowman in Maple Story

Chapter 1 Starting Out

Dice Roll

When you roll the dice make sure ur LUK and INT are 4-5 and the STR and DEX are the highest but DEX Should be the highest then u should keep on adding the STATS all on DEX until its on 25, then kepp on adding str to it until lvl 10, then after looking at a few equips that are higher than what ur dex and str are, then put the points onto the ponts that u need accordingly.

How to get to Henesys

When ur in Maple Island Either go on the ship to Victoria Island when ur lvl 8 or stay until ur lvl 10,when u get to Victoria Island Keep on going right and then u will reach Henesys. If ur lvl 10 then go right when u get to town and up until u get to the gate to Mushroom Park, go in there (by clicking the up arrow) then on the first statue of a bowman on a horse press up again then keep on going right until u get to a big tree house, then go to door and press up again, ur there!

Bow or Crossbow?

Overall, even if the bows are faster, the crossbows are stronger during repetitive attacking, the bows still wont do as much damage as the crossbow so i suggest crossbow thats why im becoming a crossbowman, then sniper then crossbow master as thats how u advance once ur a crossbowman.

Chapter 2 The Rise

The Real Deal

Once u become a bowman, u should get potions and when training from lvl 10-15, attack slime and orange mushrooms

Where Should I Train?

For lvl 10-15 train everywhere unless if theres a big spawn of high lvled monsters that could easily defeat u. lvl 16-20 this is my last one for now, you should train at Kerning City and Henesys and Ellinia.

Double Shot or Arrow Blow?

As everyone should know, Double Shot is more powerful than Arrow Blow, also you have 2 chances of having a Critical Shot shot and it's more stable than Arrow Blow so master only 1 of those skills, but i really suggest Double Shot

What to put in DEX or STR

If u plan on becoming a crossbowman/crossbowwoman, have the STR the same as ur lvl, so if ur lvl 20 have ur STR on 20, put the rest into DEX, If u plan on becoming a hunter/ huntress, then have DEX the same as ur lvl, and put the rest of points into STR
