Procedure

  1. Talk to Dr. Kim.
  2. Defeat Jeno.
  3. Return to Dr. Kim.

Note

  • If, in the previous quest, you received the wrong Translator, you'll have to repeat that quest again until you get the right one. There's no way to know whether it is the correct one or not until it is used to talk to Alien Gray.
