Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is an event which occurs between the 8th-18th of November.

The event itself has many benefits but also many flaws which becomes annoying to many players.

The event usually has new quests which you can earn some great items. This year you can:

Chance to win Maplepoints by collecting 10 letters dropped by monsters 'Maplestory' and delivering them to The Administrator in Henesys..
Obtain a Pet Turkey by collecting Green eggs dropped by turkeys and delivering them to Cody in Henesys.
Obtain Pumpkin Pie by collecting ingredients and handing them to Granny Benson in Henesys.
And a whole load of other cool stuff. However these are by no-means guarenteed. During this time you will notice Turkeys placed on certain maps. These can drop some rather peculiar items which will be listed later. The main problem with this particular event is KS'ing. Turkeys have fixed spawn points, meaning they only ever appear at a few places on certain maps. This means everyone will be waiting at these spawn points for the kill. There are 2 types of Turkey, a weak and a strong variety. They both are ridiculously easy and well worth the EXP you will obtain.
