Taming Monster
Description
Taming mobs are tameable creatures that allow you to move faster then the default speed and jump higher then the default height. Tameable mobs range from the level 70 mount to the level 200 mount.
Hog
Description
Hogs are the first tameable creature available to you. You may receive one once you have reached level 70 and have completed the 3rd job advancement. It is a little faster than maxed haste. They cost 20 million mesos. This is info about the hog.
Speed = 150%
Jump = 120%
Cost = 20 Million mesos (20,000,000 mesos)
Requirements = level 70 and 3rd job advancement
You must recover your pets tiredness with a Revitalizer potion, which cost 1,000 mesos each. This is also how you level up your hog, which is required to get the Silver Mane Mount.
Quest
1. Go to Aqua Road.
2. Talk to Kenta in the Aquarium Zoo and select the Monster Quest.
3. Talk to Kenta again and select the option to go into Kenta's Breeding Room.
4. Protect the hog from the aliens while collecting 5 Pheromones randomly dropped from the hog and 5 Kenta's Reports in the treasure chests before the 5 minute timer reaches zero. (If the hog dies or you run out of time, you will automatically be sent out of the room. You may try as many times as you want, so don't worry if you fail.)
5. Once you are done, talk to Kenta again and she will give you a saddle and the Monster Rider Skill, located in the Beginner's Basics. You may set it to a hot key.
6. Talk to Kenta again and select the Perfume Quest.
7. Go to Leafre and talk to Chief Tatamo, donate 20 Million mesos to the village and he will give you a Dragon's Perfume Bottle.
8. Go back to Kenta and talk to her, she will fill the bottle with a special perfume.
9. Go to the hidden Area of Wild Hog that you can get to from the Tiger Ridge by Korean Folk Town.
10. Wait for a hog to spawn. Once one does, double click the perfume bottle near the hog to catch it. (If you don't catch it, you have to spend another 20 million mesos to get the bottle again, but don't worry, it's near impossible to miss unless you lag.)
11. Equip your Tamed Monster and your saddle, then cast your Monster Rider Skill to ride it.
Silver Mane
Description
The Silver Mane is an upgrade to your Hog and the second tameable creature to you. It travels faster and just looks plain cooler than the normal hog. It costs 50 Million mesos, level 120, and the 4th job advancement. This is info about the Silver Mane.
Speed = 170%
Jump = 120%
Cost = 50 Million mesos (50,000,000 mesos)
Requirements = Level 120, 4th job advancement, level 30 hog,
You must also recover the Silver Mane's Tiredness with a Revitalizer potion.
Quest
1. Go to Aqua Road
2. Talk to Kenta and select the Silver Mane quest.
3. Collect 600 Rexton Leathers, 400 Wooden Shoulder Pads, 400 Skull Shoulder Pads, and 50 Million mesos.
4. Talk to Kenta again and she will take away the items and mesos, then she will give you a Silver Mane.
Red Draco
Description
This is the last tame-able creature that you can get. It requires level 200. It is much faster than both of the other mounts. This is the info about the mount.
Speed = 190%
Jump = 120% (Sorry, it doesn't fly. :p)
Cost = 0 mesos
Requirements = Level 200, Silver Mane Mount
Quest
1. Talk to your 4th job instructor.
2. You will receive your Red Draco in exchange for your Silver Mane.
