Speed Limit Sign Drop Rate

While doing this quest, I have discovered that the ratio of Metal Poles to Speed Limit Signs is about 5:1. Not very good at all. The actual statistics are shown below:

• Metal Poles: 100
• Speed Limit Signs 22
