REGISTRATION PROBLEM PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP

So i've been trying to finish the registration for a few days and I think I'm getting the Captcha words right, but when i hit Complete Registration it says "You do not meet the requirements to register for an account. The Birth date i've put in it at least 13 years old. So what should I do? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!
