I am open to both sides, and am trying to be impartial, although i may lean towards the con side, this page is not made that way. Im deleteing the "more info" section because it has spelling errors errroniously found in it. I asked the person to fix it, and waited awhile, but they never fixed it. I am now asking the person themselves. Please Fix it or it will be deleted.

The paper i refer to was viewed by myself. It was for a thesis in college i wrote on increasing crimes and, statistically, how they can lead to the abundance of other type crimes. This was for a "torts" law class.Markus102 18:41, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
