2. Talk to Assistant Cheng in Toy Factory <Process 1> Zone 1 in Ludibrium

1. Return to Dr. Kim in Command Center in Omega Sector. You are warned not to get attacked during the delivery so best to use a Command Center Warp Capsule
2. Talk to Dr. Kim
