1. Head over to El Nath: Ice Valley I and press up on the hidden portal as shown in the image below to access to Hidden Street: Valley of Snowman.
2. Head one map above in Valley of Snowman by climbing up the rope to access to Snow Soul's Resting Place.
3. Talk to Spirit of the Snow Sculpture.
4. Head back to El Nath and talk to Scadur.
