Adventurers/Explorers below level 20 can be trained by Power B. Fore in front of a gate near each Job's town.
All characters (that means all maplers) above level 20 can also unlock this skill, along with Pig's Weakness and Stump's Weakness by simply speaking to the Power B. Fore.
