When you start a quest, you get the option of putting it in a quest helper. A quest helper is a mostly-transparent window that gives you the name of the quests, and how the objective (ex. You have to kill 10 Orange Mushrooms and you have killed 3. In the window it will show Orange Mushrooms: 3/10). There is, however, a limit to how many quests you can have in the quest helper, and that is 5.
