A quest item dropped by Wild Boar. They will not drop them until the quest Mystery of Niora Hospital is activated. The best place to kill the wild boars are in Wild Boar Land 1. Twenty (20) are required for the quest, along with 100 Charms of the Undead, which are dropped by Zombie Mushrooms, found in the Ant Tunnel
