Description
"The pollutants accumulated in the CBD areas were gathered together and brought to life by a hidden force of evil. Like Stopnow, Nospeed also enjoys stealing road signs to confuse the local citizens. It prefers the lighter Speed Limit Signs, which it proudly attaches it to its back."
A squishy black slime holding a sign limiting the speed to 80. This monster has knockback, but it comes right back at you in a split second. Found in the CBD of Singapore.
