Nella's Introduction

Requirements

• Level 34 and above
• For Evan only
• Completed the quest "Kerning City's Honor Restored".

Procedures

1. Talk to Nella or click the light bulb above your character once you are Level 34.
2. Receive the Nella's Letter of Recommendation.
3. Give the item to Chief Stan in Henesys.

Rewards

• 1500 EXP
• Opens up the quest Chief Stan's Test.
