Description
She(or he?) is basically the entrance to Premium Road. Note that she(or he?) is in every Maple Story versions, but not everyone has Premium Roads. Only MapleSea, ThaiMS, and MapleGlobal allow you to go to cyber cafe. There are some pre-requisites to get into the cyber cafe though:

How to Get In Premium Roads and Cyber Cafe
- You need to be on a cyber-cafe only PC.
- You need to be playing MapleSea, ThaiMS, or MapleGlobal.
- Go to Kerning City and find Mong from the Kong. Talk to her(or him?) to get inside the Cyber Cafe.
- Find the NPC Billy for 1st time and talk to him to get points.
- Use points on PC to access the Premium Road map you want to go to.
- Congradulations! You're in Premium Road!
