The Leprechaun enemy starts off as a Sack of Mesos also named Leprechaun 1, when it is defeated, Leprechaun 2 will spawn in its place.
The difference of this one and the normal meso bags is that the meso bags move up and down while the monster stay in one spot. Also, the fake meso bags and meso bags face different ways.
