• Must complete quest Kong Ji's Request Extracting Artemisia

Procedure

1. Talk to Kong Ji in Korean Folk Town.
2. Retrieve a Steel Hoe from Blins (found on top of the Goblin Mountain or Haunted House).
3. Talk to Kong Ji again.
