June is an NPC found in Kerning Square that stops players from entering 7th Floor 8th Floor Area B and 7th Floor 8th Floor Area C.
To continue through to those areas, you must either be helping Blake (requires Say NO to Plagiarism quest active) or have VIP access (requires 10 VIP invitations).
