Procedure
- Talk to Han the Broker in Magatia.
- Give him 2 Jewel Ores.

Zenumist Cape
Procedure
- Talk to Han the Broker in Magatia.
- He'll give you Strange Bottle of Water.
- Go to Carson at the Zenumist Society in Magatia.
- Place the Strange Bottle of Water on the blue jewel platform in front of Carson. The jewel is the SMALL blue crystal that has some wooden beams around it. Leave it on the ground for a few seconds for it to change into a Regular Tree Branch.
- Talk to Carson.
