Steps to Complete Quest

1. To begin the quest, talk to Jay in Henesys.
2. Go to Ellinia and board the airship.
   • The ship runs on a schedule, and has a limit of how many passengers it can carry.
   • If the ship has already left, you will have to wait for the next ride.
   • If the ship has reached its limit of passengers, you can always try another channel.
   • Once the ride has started, enter the cabin. (The door is under the main mast)
   • There will sometimes be a wooden crate somewhere in the cabin. It spawns randomly, however, and may not appear during the ride. If this is the case, you will have to get back to Ellinia, and try again. It may take several attempts before the crate finally spawns.
   • Note from a player: you can also log off and back on to arrive back at Ellinia Station to avoid the fee, and try again 15 minutes later.
3. Smash the crate to get Maple History Book I. Note, however, that the crate does come up empty on occasion.
4. Get yourself back to Ellinia and climb your way up to the highest reaches of the town, to where Grendel the Really Old lives.
5. Somewhere in this place, you should find another crate, smash it, and Maple History Book II will drop out.
6. Now go on down to Ludibrium.
   1. You can get there by first going back to Orbis and then boarding the train at Orbis station.
   2. There is also an elevator located in the library of the Korean Folk Town, which will take you there free.
7. Enter the toy factory in the center of town, and head down three floors and take a left.
8. You will see a whole lot of Chronos. Kill 'em off until one of them drops Maple History Book III (it will normally take about 15~20 minutes)(NOTE: They continue to drop the books until you pick one up).
9. Leave the factory, and keep going left (towards Eos Tower). Somewhere along the way, you will run into Tigun the Advisor.
10. Talk to Tigun the Advisor.

Notes

• The crates are sometimes hidden in the shadows so you may have to swing wildly in order to find them.
  • The crate is placed on the ledge below the ladder. If it is not there, change channels until it appears.
• The History Books do not need to be found in order.
• It may be easier to first get Maple History Book II, then I and finally III (or III, I, II if you are closer to Ludi). This will avoid traveling back and forth.
