Fedric de Blanc
From MapleWiki
Description
Fedric de Blanc can be found after killing Root Abyss bosses at a random chance. What he sells is random, but the same five items in his inventory go for the whole party. However, he has a limited number of each item, so not all items will be able to be purchased by the other party members if a certain number has already been bought.
Known Items
Note: All items can only be bought once with the same NPC except for the ones marked with an asterisk (*).
