Everything about a Mage

Intro

Mages are people who manipulate their monsters with incantations and can bend magic at their will. Everyone wants to be the perfect mage, with massive damage against almost any monster they face.

Pros and Cons

To start off , here are some pros and cons of a mage:

Pros:

They have a huge amount of mp to use.

Mages deal massive damage compared to other jobs during 1st and 2nd job advancement.

Those mages becoming a cleric can become very popular when the skill Heal is obtained.

Those becoming a Wizard find it easy to group kill, otherwise, obtaining a lot of exp.

Mages are ranged, thus, they do not have to up close to kill monsters.

Cons:

Mages are physically weak, meaning, they do not have very much stamina and lack strength.

Mages become one of the weakest jobs when it comes to 3rd job advancement.

Mages have to buy dozens of MP and HP potions before going out to train.

Mages find it very difficult to level up to level 11.

Wizards often have a lot of defame due to he fact that they KS.

It is crucial that you train at the right place or else u are unable to strive quickly.

Level 1-8: Do the beginners tutorial to gain easy exp and make sure you talk to Roger while you are in the tutorial as he gives u 3 red potions and 3 blue potions. When outside, train on snails, blue snails, and the occasional shroom. Do NOT try to kill a red snail as red snails are not the exp that it is meant to be worth ( if you do the math, blue snails take over red snail on exp [Blue snails=15 hp 4 exp, Red snails=45 hp and 8 exp, Blue snail x 2= 30 hp 8 exp, therefore{using exp}, Blue>Red)

Level 8-12 Finally! You're a mage! Go to the portal on the bottom floor of Ellinia. There will be Stump, Slimes, Green Mush. and Axe Stump. Make sure you dont go near the Green mush and the Axe Stump because they will kill you in 2 hits.Only train on Slime and Stumps. Do the Training quests given by Grendel as these give a lot of potions and decent exp.
