Procedures

Francis

1. Talk to Tru in Lith Harbor Info Store.
2. Tru will give you Tru's Mithril Pole Arm (Level 29, Weapon Att. 52, will disappear after logging out).
3. Head to Cave of Evil Eye III.
4. Press 'Up' at the cave there and type "Francis is a genius Puppeteer!" (Make sure you include the capital letters, space, and exclamation points correctly.)
5. Talk to Francis.
6. Eliminate him.
7. Take the Puppeteer Document it drop.
8. Return to Tru.
