Steps to Complete Quest

1. Talk to Pink Mesoranger at Boswell Field II in Omega Sector
2. Talk to Kevin the Soldier in Omega Sector. He'll give you a Super Alarm Clock.
3. Talk to Pink Mesoranger again.
