Message on Picture Scroll

1. Talk to Mr. Do in Mu Lung.
2. He will gives you a Picture Scroll.
3. Complete the quest Making the Special Ink.
4. Click on the Picture Scroll to open the Scroll Window.
5. Use the Special Ink on the window by clicking the Special Ink and place it onto the window.
6. Talk to Mr. Do after the message is recovered.
