The Black Charm is the charm obtained by defeating your Third Job Instructor's other self in Another Dimension. It is involved in the Third Job Advancement quest. Trade it with Grendel the Really Old for a necklace for your particular class:
- For warriors: Necklace of Strength.
- For Mages and Clerics: Necklace of Wisdom
- For Bowmasters: Necklace of Dexterity
