"A letter from Bartos the instructor. Needs to be delivered to Frod."

Uses

When your pet is level 10 you will receive this letter from Trainer Bartos in Henesys Pet-Walking Park, and it needs to be delivered to Trainer Frod at the end of the obstacle course. This is a Jump Quest in disguise, because it never actually ends up in your quest log. The only quest reward you get is 2 closeness with your pet.
