Pros:

• Savage blow deals good damage.
• At chief bandit you own enemys easy with Meso Explosion.
• Weapons are cheap at Lv -40.
• Weapons are much cheaper than claws.

Cons:

• Savage blow takes alot of mp.
• Weapons may be expensive at Lv +50.
