Procedure

  1. Talk to Russellon in Magatia.
  2. Play in the Romeo and Juliet Party Quest (Magatia) several times to see the specified item drop in the boss area. Pick up 1 Yulete's Lab Report.
  3. Return the lab report to Russellon to finish quest.
