20% Clean Slate Scroll
Description
"Recovers a failed upgrade slot by 1 with a 20% success rate. If it fails, the item has a 50% chance of being destroyed."
Risks
The scroll itself will reverse a slot, so if you have 0 slots left, it'll turn into 1 slot left. Also, the stats already on will stay intact, so if you work 7 slates on it, then it can have all 7 slots on.
Though the chance of it going boom is ALOT higher than it working.
