Deletion of articles

Currently, I can only find MapleStory as violating the GFDL. I remember some other articles were copied, but forgot about them. I guess Yongjianrong should just delete that one first. How do you make new categories since I've seen many missing articles and I want to make new ones, but I don't know how to make an article.

Per Sh1ny EL3ctr0de. I wasn't expecting a welcome, since I didn't know if any other users would go on this site.

Anyway, I have a question regarding the big bang maps. A lot of the maps on Victoria Island not only changed names, but the layout was changed as well so... what do you propose people do to change them? Should the old map articles be deleted, redirected, or kept? Waddle D33 19:35, 12 December 2010 (UTC)

If it is a big enough change, you could make a "Map (Pre Big Bang)" and "Map" article. I just want to note that new articles should not be "Map (Post Big Bang)", because they will be the main article, and after a year or so, many readers won't know what the heck the Big Bang was, and having that in the title will be confusing. What I am saying is that the current version of a map should be the main page. MapleStory is approaching v1.0, and when that happens, you need to have a current map article, and a old versions map article. Or just have a cleaner "History" section. Idk. The Weapons and Armor Project

Hi there - I noticed you were the founder of the Armor and Weapons Project, and if I recall correctly, you were semi-active within the past month or so.

I just wanted to bring to your attention that I have several infoboxes that are currently working and helps alleviate a lot of sections and, in most cases, a Table of Contents. These are all found on my User page, and may be your silver bullet to keeping consistency (as categorization can help put articles missing information into one category to be dealt with).

Hi there - I just wanted to thank you for your many contributions. Just one thing about files though - Could you upload them with transparency? If you're not a Photoshop genius, you can also do this in the latest version of Paint, selecting the image and selecting "Transparency." If you can't do either, no worries (I could probably save the file and re-upload it later).

RE: Infoboxes

Hi again. Just a heads up - categories are automatic (aside from weaknesses and other special categories), and generated through their infoboxes. And if they aren't, I can always make them automatic. Keeping that in mind, you can most-likely remove categories that are listed in the page. You can see that it still keeps the category by showing the preview, removing it, and showing the new preview. The people you've suggested need to apply. If they do not apply, they do not qualify. Also, they must have been here for > 3 months with significant amount of contributions. I don't see how you're doing it "for nothing", you're definetly benefiting the MapleStory community so there's no reason to state that you're doing it for nothing.
