2. Complete other quests in NLC, including: Cleaning Up The Streets,Cleaning Up The Streets - Continued, Featherweights, Welcome to New Leaf City Quiz, and possibly Subani's Legacy, Lost!, and ReVersal.
3. Return to talk to Icebyrd Slimm
