Jay can be found in Victoria Road : Henesys.

Completion Requirements

• Go to Drake's Meal Table, deep in the Ant Tunnel, and defeat Bob the Snail to obtain his shell.

• Use the shell to complete all of the following quests:
• Bruce's Research
• Gwin's Thanks
• The Rememberer's Passion Part 1
• The Rememberer's Passion Part 2
• Grendel the Really Old's Glorious Days
