Supporting the scammers?

The author of this article wrote it using words like "If Player2 is too careless to pay attention to scams, he/she deserves to be scammed, in a sense." This type of language is used several times. The article almost seems to support the scammers, and criticize the victims. My opinion aside, this article also puts forth false information, saying that scams are NOT an illegal in game activity. This is NOT true, as I have seen personally. Scamming is a reportable in-game offense, and this article suggests that if you are scammed, then there is nothing you can do about it. This is WRONG and could lead to scamming becoming more successful, if players start letting the scammers get away with it. Comments are welcome.
