Why be a Mage

Well why should you be a mage? I think it more for people that hate leveling to lvl 30 as the attacks usally suck. Mages, once u get to level 15, are by far the strongest class till level 30. Then you enter the dreadfull hell mode. Mages have many pro's and con's that i will state here.

Pros & Cons

There are many pros and cons for each class and they all seem to ballance out. I'm going to give my personal pros and cons about mages.

Pros

-Mages have the most mana out of all classes
-Are strongest at early levels
-Very cool looking attacks
-Teleport at lvl 30 is very usful way to get to places a normal person cant get to
-CAN recover mp rapidly by sitting down from skill MP RECOVERY
-Long range attacks therefor decresing risk of getting hurt

Cons

-Cant jump attack with most skills
-Least HP of all classes
-Die very easy in later levels
-Least strongest class as the rest of the game
-Too much mesos spent on mana pots
-Not enough mesos spent on HP pots

Becomming a Mage

I expect you to be at least level 8 with 3 LUK past your level and as mush INT as humanly posible! Then you stop training and take the boat to Victoria Island. Once you get there you should see a guy at a booth, talk to him and say you want to go to ellinia. You will land at a grassy, tree filled wonderlad. Then go up, as far as u posibly can and go in th portal. Grendal should be waiting in there for you. Talk to him and say you want to be a magician. He will make you a magician. I then sudjest doing his quests for mp & hp pots.

Training Grounds (8-30)

8-12 This is tough to explain but i would say snails and slimes at Heynes Hunting Grounds and slimes and stump near Ellinia

12-15 The Slime Tree in Ellinia or if you like a good pq try Heynes PQ although i dont know how much good exp it will get you. Not much else unless u still like snails =)

15-20 2 words-PIG BEACH. This beach is pig paradise and u can kill em in one hit with your magic claw! or you could stay at heynes pq, that will get boring, if u like a chalenge then green mushies in Heynes Hunting Grounds is a good place to start!

20-23 Defenintly try green mushies, IF U LOVE CHALENGES (staying alive) go to ant tunnel 1 and try your luck. Heynes PQ sucks but you can try Kerning PQ now.

23-25 Stay in kerning! Either Kerning PQ or go to the little blue Bubblings.

25-30 Ant tunnel 1. best place for that just bring PLENTY of hp pots

In all of this you wont get hardly ANY mesos. Once you reach lvl 35 there is a place that gives 300 mesos per kill.
